✦ What's Included

Everything that goes into
a campaign that actually converts

Ads management isn't just pressing "publish." Here's what's actually happening behind the scenes every month.
🎯

Audience Research

We identify who your ideal traveler actually is, where they are, and how to reach them before a single ad goes live.

✍️

Ad Copy and Creatives

We write your ad copy and, where needed, guide the creative direction so your ads speak to the right person at the right moment.

🔗

Tracking and Integrations

Conversion tracking, pixel setup, GA4, and platform integrations configured before launch so every inquiry and booking is attributed correctly.

🧪

Ongoing A/B Testing

Audiences, creatives, and offers tested continuously. We let data decide what stays and what gets cut. Not gut feeling.

📊

Reporting You Can Actually Read

Monthly performance reports in plain English. No vanity metrics. Leads, cost per lead, appointments, and what the numbers mean for your business.

📅

Regular Check-ins

The first 90 days are hands-on: weekly email check-ins plus a performance call every two weeks so nothing sits unaddressed for long. After that, we move to monthly and quarterly meetings as the campaigns mature.

Google Ads

Search campaigns that capture high-intent travellers actively looking for what you offer. Keyword research, negative keyword refinement, bid strategy, and ongoing optimization included.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns that build awareness and drive direct inquiries. Audience testing, retargeting, and creative testing across the funnel.

Both Platforms

For most travel businesses, Google captures existing demand and Meta builds it. Running both gives you the full funnel: top-of-mind awareness through to the booking.

✦ How It Works

From discovery call
to live campaigns

A clear process from the first conversation to the first result. Here's what working together actually looks like.
STEP 01

Discovery Call

We talk through your goals, your current setup, and where things stand with your marketing. No pitch, just context-gathering.

STEP 02

Audit or Projections

If you're running ads already, we audit what's there. If you're starting from scratch, we put together realistic projections based on your market and goals.

STEP 03

Proposal

A written proposal scoped to what you actually need, with a recommended platform mix, starting budget, and what to expect in the first 90 days.

STEP 04

Strategy and Build

You complete a marketing strategy document. We get access to your platforms, do competitor and audience research, craft your offer, write copy, build campaigns, set up tracking, then launch.

What month one actually looks like

The first month is about testing, not just traffic. We focus on offer validation, lead volume, and making sure the data is clean. Weekly check-ins keep you across everything as it unfolds.

Offer testing Audience testing (Meta) Copy angle testing (Google) Negative keyword refinement (Google) Tracking verification Creative testing (Meta) Weekly check-ins
📅

We recommend a minimum 3-month commitment

Three months is the window needed to collect enough data to make real decisions. It takes time to test audiences, refine targeting, and get the algorithm working in your favour. Campaigns that get cut at 30 days rarely get the chance to actually perform.

✦ Who It's For

Built for travel businesses
that take bookings seriously

Ads management works best for businesses that have a clear offer, a website that converts, and are ready to commit to a real testing window.
🏨

Boutique Hotels and Accommodations

Independent properties looking to shift bookings away from OTAs and build a direct channel that compounds over time.

🌍

Tour Operators

Fixed-departure or inquiry-based operators who want to fill capacity through targeted search and social, not just word of mouth.

✈️

Travel Planners and Agencies

Agencies selling high-value, personalized itineraries that need a steady pipeline of qualified inquiries from the right type of traveler.

Not sure if you're ready for ads? If you don't have a functioning website or a way to handle incoming inquiries, we'd recommend starting with our website build or CRM setup first. Ads on a broken foundation cost money without results.
✦ Pricing

Straightforward pricing.
No hidden fees.

Your management fee, a one-time setup cost, and your ad spend. That's it.

Starting from

$1,200/mo
Management fee, single platform. Plus one-time setup fee and ad spend.

Final pricing depends on the number of platforms, campaign complexity, and whether a CRM or additional tracking setup is needed. All of that gets scoped on the discovery call.

✦ FAQ

Questions we hear
before every discovery call

Honest answers to the things travel businesses actually want to know before committing to paid ads.
Is Google Ads too expensive for a small hotel or tour operator?
+
Google Ads gets expensive when campaigns are set up incorrectly: wrong keywords, wrong markets, wrong bidding strategy. With the right setup, a modest budget can outperform OTA spend because you're only paying for travellers actively searching for what you offer, not competing for shelf space on a marketplace where your competitors are one scroll away. That said, whether Google Ads makes sense at all depends on the economics of your business. If your average booking value is low and margins are tight, the combined cost of management and ad spend may not stack up. That's something we work out together before you commit to anything.
Should I be on Google or Meta? I'm not sure which one is right for my business.
+
It depends on how people find businesses like yours. Google Search captures travellers who are already looking. Meta builds demand among people who haven't started searching yet but match your ideal traveller profile. For most travel businesses, the strongest setup is both: Google captures intent, Meta creates it. We'll recommend the right starting point on the discovery call based on your goals and budget.
Can I track which bookings actually came from ads?
+
Yes, and this is one of the first things we set up before any campaign goes live. We configure conversion tracking so every inquiry, form submission, or booking action is attributed back to the campaign and audience that drove it. If you're using a CRM to manage inquiries, we connect that too so you can see the full journey from ad click to closed booking.
How much should I be spending on ads each month?
+
We work this out backwards from your goals: target bookings, average booking value, and realistic conversion rates tell us what cost per lead you need to hit, which tells us the minimum budget that makes sense. There's no universal number, but we'll give you a realistic estimate in your proposal so you know what to expect before committing anything.
Why can't I just boost posts on Instagram instead?
+
Boosted posts are the most basic version of Meta advertising. You get limited targeting options, no ability to A/B test creatives or audiences, and almost no data to optimize from. Proper Meta Ads campaigns give you full control over who sees your ads, what they see, and what action they take. Boosting a post is the equivalent of handing out flyers on the street. A managed campaign is knowing exactly which street to stand on, what to say, and tracking who came into your shop as a result.
How long before I see results?
+
Realistically, month one is about data collection and testing, not volume. Month two is where optimization starts in earnest. Month three is where you have enough data to make confident decisions and start scaling what's working. That's why we recommend a minimum 3-month commitment: not because results take forever, but because cutting campaigns at 30 days is like leaving a race after the first lap.
I've tried ads before and they didn't work. What's different here?
+
Usually when ads don't work, the issue isn't the ads or the platform. It's one of three things: the offer wasn't right for the audience, the targeting was too broad or too narrow, or there was no proper testing process. Before any campaign goes live, we audit what's been tried before, identify what went wrong, and build from there. We also focus on the full funnel, not just cost per click, because cheap traffic to a page that doesn't convert is still wasted money.
